IN-STORE RETURNS:

Store credit is available for returns made within 7 days for items unopened, unused and in their original packaging. If you are returning an item purchased online, shipping fees incurred with online orders are non-refundable.

Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with tags still attached.

ONLINE RETURNS:

Please email us within 30 days of the order at returns@pyaustin.com for further instructions to ship your item(s) back, or return in-store. All returns receive store credit. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Shipping fees incurred with your original order are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

FINAL SALE POLICY:

All jewelry, sale, discounted, and holiday items are final sale and not eligible for returns. Personally Yours cannot accept returns of any monogrammed, personalized, or custom orders. This applies to online and in-store purchases.

How do I return something I purchased online?

Online purchases can either be returned via mail or in-store during our regular business hours. If returning via mail, please send items back with the packing slip, in their original condition, and packaging to the address below.

NOTE: We are not liable for damage caused to items in transit. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please email us as soon as possible at orders@pyaustin.com with a description of the damages and photos. Emails for damages must be received within 10 days of delivery date to guarantee return/exchange eligibility.

When will my store credit be processed?

Please allow up to 7-10 business days from the time the items are returned to us for the store credit to be added to your account.
